Can DreadWorks accommodate guests who have difficulty walking? We have designed our haunt to feature multiple scenes, with brief stops of approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds at each scene. However, please note that the entire experience lasts around 40 minutes, and there will be no opportunities to sit during this time. We encourage guests to carefully consider their physical capabilities and comfort levels before attending. For the safety and well-being of all our guests, we allow anyone to step out of the attraction at any time if they find the experience too intense or if they are unable to continue for any reason. However, please be aware that once a guest leaves the haunt, re-entry is not permitted. We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so we encourage those with mobility concerns to assess their ability to stand and walk for the duration of the event before purchasing tickets.

Do you have check-in times or guidelines for ticket holders?Yes, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at DreadWorks, we ask guests to adhere to the following guidelines: Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. This allows sufficient time for check-in and ensures you don’t miss any part of the experience. Ticket Preparation: To expedite your entry, have your ticket email ready and loaded on your phone. We strongly recommend downloading the ticket PDF in advance to ensure it's easily accessible, even if your phone signal is weak. Additionally, ensure your phone is fully charged before arriving so you can capture lots of great photos and videos to share on social media, and always have a copy of your ticket available. You can also print off your ticket as a backup. Cut-off for Ticket Sales: Ticket sales for a specific time slot will be cut off 30 minutes after the slot begins, or sooner if we reach our maximum capacity. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Last Entry Time: If you have the last entry time slot, please arrive no later than 10:30 PM to ensure you can experience the full attraction. Arriving after this time may result in being unable to enter, as our event will be winding down for the night. Capacity and Tracking: Our on-site team closely monitors guest capacity to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please be aware that entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and capacity limits may result in earlier cut-offs.
